By the Numbers:

Virginia students who received early literacy tutoring from Ignite Reading saw a 56% increase in passage rates in reading (words correct per minute) compared to students without intervention.

Hi, I'm Dana!

I'm a career educator and Director of Partnerships at Ignite Reading. Before joining the Ignite Reading team, I worked as both a classroom teacher and ed-tech leader for one of the biggest school districts in the country — D.C. Public Schools.

I look forward to learning alongside you as I lead this panel discussion and explore the reading success stories in Virginia school divisions.
